At Bella Framing we implemented changes to ensure maximum acknowledgement of the efforts of each of our employees. this is done with a unique incentive program that bolsters worker reward into an advancement for each job they complete with a unique profit share system.
HOW DOES THE PROFIT SHARE SYSTEM WORK?
Only net profit is shared.
Net Profit =
20% of that net profit goes into the Crew Profit Pool
Example
Each crew member earns points based on responsibility and impact.

Lead / Foreman 5 points
Journeyman Framer 4 points
Senior Carpenter 3 points
Intermediate Framer 2 points
Apprentice / Labourer 1 point
We are also fair enough to adjust points per job if someone takes on extra responsibility!

Passed inspection first time +1
